The short version: Yomi is a publication for reflection, not advice. Use it in good faith.
This page explains what you're agreeing to when you visit yomiastrology.com or subscribe to the Yomi publication. We wrote it in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email hello@yomiastrology.com and we'll fix it.

Who this agreement is between
"Yomi," "we," and "us" means the publication operated by Set Forget Grow LLC, a single-member limited liability company based in New Jersey, United States. "You" means any person visiting yomiastrology.com or subscribing to the Yomi newsletter.
By visiting this website or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
What Yomi is
Yomi is an astrology publication delivered as a Substack newsletter. It publishes written astrological content — transit interpretations, natal chart commentary, and related essays — created using a combination of original writing and AI-assisted drafting.
Yomi is for self-reflection only. The content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. It does not predict the future with certainty, diagnose health conditions, or tell you what specific decisions to make. Use it as a prompt for your own thinking, not as a substitute for professional help when you need it.
Who can use Yomi
You must be 13 years or older to subscribe or use this website. If you are under 18, you may only subscribe with the involvement of a parent or guardian who has accepted these terms on your behalf.
Yomi is not intended for use in places where astrology content or AI-generated writing is restricted by local law. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are.
Subscriptions and billing
How subscriptions work
Yomi offers both free and paid subscription tiers through Substack. When you subscribe, you are entering into a subscription agreement with Substack, which handles account management, email delivery, and billing. Paid subscriptions are billed by Substack through their payment processor, Stripe. We never see your card number.
Subscription pricing and billing terms are displayed on the Substack subscription page before you subscribe. By completing a subscription, you authorize Substack to charge you at the stated interval until you cancel.
Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the period ends. See Substack's billing documentation for exact timing.
Managing or canceling
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account settings at substack.com/account/billing. Canceling stops the next charge; you retain access to paid content until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled through Substack. Please contact Substack support or email us at hello@yomiastrology.com and we will assist you.
Price changes
If we change subscription pricing, Substack will notify you before any new charge takes effect, in accordance with their billing practices.
Using Yomi responsibly
What you agree not to do
- Don't use this site or its content to harass, threaten, or impersonate other people.
- Don't submit content or prompts designed to manipulate AI output into producing harmful material or bypassing content safety measures.
- Don't reproduce, republish, or resell Yomi content at scale (as a book, competing newsletter, paid course, or commercial product) without written permission.
- Don't use Yomi content in a way that violates any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Don't treat Yomi's content as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
What we can do if you break the rules
If we believe you are using Yomi or its content in a way that violates these terms, we may cancel your subscription and refuse future access. We may also report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.
AI-generated content
Some Yomi content is drafted or assisted by AI language models. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or surprising. We review content before publication, but we do not guarantee any specific level of accuracy, interpretation, or tone.
You are responsible for how you interpret and act on what you read. If any published content strikes you as harmful or seriously wrong, email us.
Intellectual property
Ours
The Yomi name, logo, visual design, website, and published content are owned by Set Forget Grow LLC. Visiting the site or subscribing does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Yours to use personally
You may quote, screenshot, or share individual pieces of Yomi content for personal use or non-commercial commentary. You do not need our permission for that. You may not republish content at scale or pass it off as your own.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the site and publication running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove content and features at any time. If a change meaningfully affects what you paid for, we will communicate that clearly.
Disclaimers
Yomi is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
Astrological content is entertainment and self-reflection material. It is not professional advice. We don't warrant that any piece of content will be accurate, useful, or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Set Forget Grow LLC and its members are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the Yomi publication — including lost profits, lost opportunities, or emotional distress. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to Yomi is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if that is greater.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations. If you live somewhere that doesn't, the limits above apply only to the fullest extent allowed there.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute we can't resolve informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms meaningfully, we'll update this page and note the new date at the top. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance. If you don't accept, you may cancel your subscription through Substack and stop using the site.
